Things you can ask

The agent understands natural language — these are just examples to get you started, not a fixed set of commands. Say it however comes naturally.

Log time

Name the hours and who they were for. The agent matches the project for you.

You sent: log 2h working for John Doe
The agent replied: Logged 2h on John Doe.
You sent: log 3.5 hours on the Bright Foods redesign
The agent replied: Logged 3.5h on the Bright Foods redesign.

Log a cost

Type the amount, or just send the receipt and let the agent read it.

You sent: cost 45 Adobe subscription
The agent replied: Logged a £45.00 cost: Adobe subscription.
You sent: receipt-travelodge.jpg
The agent replied: That looks like £68.40 at Travelodge on 4 March. Save it as a travel cost?

Business summaries

Pull an invoice PDF into the chat. Status changes ask you to confirm before anything moves.

New leads

Catch a name while it's fresh. The agent asks for whatever you left out.

You sent: add a lead Priya Shah
The agent replied: Got it. Any company, email or phone for Priya, or save as just a name?

Connecting your number

  1. Open SoloPilot and go to Settings → WhatsApp.
  2. Scan the QR code with your phone, or tap “Open WhatsApp to connect”.
  3. Send the pre-filled message. That's it — start texting the agent.

The agent only ever answers the number you linked, and it reads your data only.
